ORDER TRANSMISSION

Orders can be placed by:

• Website, after registering at www.fcsrl.com
• e-mail, at the e-mail address fcsrl [@] fcsrl.com

DELIVERY

The shipment takes place within 48 hours of receipt of the order and by courier shipping with a charge on the invoice.
Transportation costs are not included in the sales prices.
Transportation costs vary based on weight and volume of the order.
In case of delay, the customer will be notified by one of our customer service representatives by telephone or e-mail.
Orders received after 12:00 are processed the next day.
Orders received on Friday after 12:00, Saturday and Sunday are processed the following Monday.

TRANSPORT INSURANCE

Machinery and items of value must be insured against loss or damage during the transport phase. To this end, the Customer is charged an invoice for an equal contribution:

• 5.16 for orders less than € 258.23 I.V.A. excluded;
• 7.75 for order amounts from € 258.24 to € 516.46 I.V.A. excluded;
• 12.91 for order amounts from € 516.47 to € 1.549,37 I.V.A. excluded;
• 15.49 for orders in the amount of € 1,549.38 to € 2,582.28.

WARRANTY

All our products are covered by a 1-year warranty against material or manufacturing defects. The warranty is free and starts from the date of issue of our invoice. Warranty products are repaired or replaced free of charge. The guarantee does not include products subjected to carelessness, misuse, tampering or repair carried out by unauthorized personnel.
The products under warranty must be returned carriage free and only after prior authorization by FC srl and release of the RMA number for return.

For the assistance of machines of any brand not produced by FC srl, but resold by the same, the manufacturer’s warranty is valid.

GOODS CONTROL

The Customer is required to check the integrity and number of packages at the time of delivery and in the presence of the carrier. We invite customers to sign the transport document upon delivery by placing the word “accepted subject to control” in the space provided. In the event of missing or damaged packages, the Customer can still collect the material by signing the shipping document with certainty, specifying the problems encountered. In the event of collection of goods without signature, FC srl will not be able to answer for any problems. To receive support and assistance contact Customer Service at +39 0535-49035.

OFFERS

All our prices are in Euro, I.V.A. excluded unless otherwise indicated. In the event of a printing error, we will inform the customer when the order is processed and process the order based on the correct information. Our offers are not valid for wholesalers or retailers.
Offers for “online only” orders must be received exclusively through the ww.fcsrl.com site and upon registration. (not by e-mail, fax, telephone)
All orders are subject to acceptance by the Management.

• When is the amount spent on my credit card charged?
  When you issue the order, the amount is reserved on your credit card. Your credit card will be debited after confirming your order.

• Are my credit card details and personal data safe? FC s.r.l. guarantees the maximum security of your data. All information is sent in encrypted form to ensure the total security of all sensitive data. Further details in our “Privacy Policy”.

PAYPAL

This type of payment requires only a few steps:

1. Select PayPal at the time of payment.
2. You will be redirected to the Paypal website to proceed with the payment.
3. If you are already a PayPal user, you can log in with your details and confirm the payment. If you are not registered on PayPal, you can create an account and then confirm the payment.
4. At the end of the operation you will return to www.FCSRL.com: your order and payment have been sent successfully!

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Requests for returns and / or replacement must be notified in advance and authorized by our staff, by calling 0535-49035 within 5 days of the invoice date.
Returns must be authorized and agreed by us and must be carried out by mail or trusted courier ex works in Cavezzo (MO).
Any dispatch made in assigned port and not previously agreed, will be rejected.
The return must be accompanied by a delivery note with destination: FC SRL, via Ferdinando Santi, 154 – 41032 Cavezzo (MO) and relative RMA.
For customized items, such as vinyl rolls cut into special sizes, returns cannot be accepted.
What happens in case of return?
Each return must be previously agreed with our customer service.
Once authorized, your refund will be paid through a discount of the same amount on the invoice to the next order.

FC srl asks for your account data only following your questions via e-mail or phone, or in case of doubt for an order that you have sent. In any case, we never ask for bank details by e-mail. We never ask you to reply via a link.
If you receive an e-mail asking you to provide specific personal data via a link, do not reply, do not click on the link and immediately cancel the message.
What is a phishing e-mail?
The purpose of phishing messages is to steal your identity and / or infect your computer with a virus. These e-mails ask you for personal data, often inviting you to click on a link and directing you to websites or telephone numbers, where they ask you to provide your personal data. Through the link there is often an attempt to infect your computer with a virus, which using Java or Adobe Flash will steal your personal data to use them for illicit purposes.
